DENHAM, ENGLAND-The Barclays brothers, David and FrederickBarclay, have sold off their 10% stake in the InterContinentalHotel Group. The brothers' broker, Barclays Capital placed 29.9million shares of InterContinental, which were held by the brothersat GBP 11.20.

They were the group's biggest shareholders with about 10% of theshares, when they started buying InterContinental's shares since2006. Due to this sale, the share price of InterContinental droppedby 7.6% to GBP 11.08. For the full story, go to Reuters.
