BUFFALO-Buffalo-based developer Don Reeves has plans to converta former Howard Johnson's Motor Inn on Route 5 in Hamburg into anapartment complex. The two-story building measures 24,000 squarefeet and has been placed under contract.
The developer is in talks with Hamburg officials to convert thebuilding to house 67 studio apartments. Big Development LLC ownsthe property and the deal between them and Reeves is expected toclose soon. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
