ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Newport Beach office has hired two new people for its office brokerage division.

John Desper is the new Vice President for Grubb & Ellis Co.'s office group. Before joining Grubb & Ellis, he worked as the Vice President at Cresa Partners. Shane Wilder has joined the company as its new Senior Vice President for the tenant advisory division. Wilder has 11 years of industry experience.
