MOUNT VERNON-Petro Real Estate Development Corp.'srepresentatives have received a building permit allowing them tocommence construction work on The Vista tower located at 543 N.McQuesten Parkway and 550 Locust Ave.
Petro bought The Vista in March 2010 for $6.2 million when thebuilding was a bankrupt and unfinished residential tower. The70-unit building will be converted into a luxury condo having 42two-bedroom and 28 single-bedroom residences and will be ready bysummer next year.For the full story, go to Westchester Journal News.
