LOS ANGELES- Malibu real estate investor 10th Street PartnersLLC has purchased a rent-controlled apartment building, which has21 units, from Villa Cordova Associates LLC for $5.78 million.

The building located 1133 10th St. comprises a singlethree-bedroom unit, 6 two-bedroom units and 14 single-bedroomunits. The two-bedroom units and single-bedroom units are rentedfor an average cost of $1,870 and $1,175 per month, respectively.Colliers International's Kitty Wallace represented the buyer aswell as the seller.
