HAMILTON COUNTY, OH-A development firm based out of CampWashington, Vestige Redevelopment Corp. is planning to buy the16-acre Kahn's plant from Hamilton County for $600,000 andredevelop it into an industrial park, which is likely to give riseto 200 jobs.
Vestige will have an obligation of $470,000 in the form of anenvironmental remediation grant from the Ohio state. The site waspreviously a meat-processing plant, which was later on donated tothe county. For the full story, go to Cincinnati Business Journal.
