BOSTON-On Wednesday, the US District Court filed federal chargesagainst a Framingham real estate lawyer, Michael R. Anderson, in acase of mortgage fraud.
He is the fourth person to be charged in the fraud case thatresulted in a number of foreclosed and abandoned properties inRoxbury and Dorchester. Anderson was charged with operating withassociates to dupe purchasers to buy condos with falsedocumentation. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
