DALLAS-A group of 2,000 condos constructed near Lake RayHubbard, which failed to sell during the real estate collapseduring 1980s, are up for sale now in the Interstate 30corridor.

Westdale Asset Management, a Dallas-based private firm that ownsthe property, has hired Marcus & Millichap Real EstateInvestment Services to get a buyer for the 10 apartment communitiessituated in Garland and Mesquite as well as for the 1,790 rentalunits.
