TAMPA, FL-The Ross Realty Group, Inc. has closed two lease deals totaling 180,000 square feet at the Falkenburg Facility, a 276,160-square-foot property at 500 South Falkenburg Road in Tampa.

TAMPA, FL-The Ross Realty Group, Inc. has closed two lease deals totaling 180,000 square feet at the Falkenburg Facility, a 276,160-square-foot property at 500 South Falkenburg Road in Tampa. Morris Flamingo - Stephan, Inc. and Solstice Sleep Products, Inc. have leased 90,000 square feet each at the industrial facility.

Resource Realty Group, Inc. represented Morris Flamingo, while Elliott Ross and Jason Aprile with The Ross Realty Group represented US Industrial Falkenburg LP, the owner, in the lease deals. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
