LONDON-Quintain has finished two new student apartment buildings in London. The company has developed iQ Hoxton, a 257-room student accommodation building in London's east end, and Dashwood Studios, a 232-room student housing property on Walworth Road.
The iQ Hoxton property is 90% leased and it will be opened in September and the Dashwood property is 84% leased and will be opened for this academic year. Quintain will manage iQ Hoxton for the iQ fund and Fresh Student Living will manage Dashwood Studios. For the full story, go to Property Week .
