LONDON-Slough Borough Council has approved SEGRO's revised development plans for the Leigh Road Central Core. SEGRO, which received approval for the initial Leigh Road Central Core project at the center of Slough's Vision for the Future strategy in October 2010, re-submitted plans to use an additional land for the project.
The new Leigh Road Central Core project will provide 1,614,580 square feet of office, amenity and leisure space. SEGRO has also started a pre-lease marketing campaign for a 127,000-square-foot building at 234 Bath Road. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
