NEW YORK CITY-AEA Investors has leased approximately 40,000 square feet of space at 666 Fifth Ave. from Kushner Cos. for 10 years. The private equity firm will occupy nearly half of the 37th floor and the entire 36th floor in the 1.5-million-square-foot building.
