NEW YORK CITY-A site situated on West 45th Street is finally being transformed into a residential development. The development, named Gotham West, has come back to life as portion of a settlement closed seven years ago between the Bloomberg administration and the community regarding the rezoning of the Hudson Yards development on the West Side.
The $520-million project will comprise 1,258 apartments in a four-building complex, including 556 rental apartments in a 31-story tower. The Gotham Organization is developing the project. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
