NEW YORK CITY-The long-deferred plan to improve the old George Washington Bridge Bus Station situated in Upper Manhattan is getting traction with new retail tenants. One of the developers, SJM Partners, has signed new lease deals with Marshalls, a Fine Fare supermarket and Blink Fitness.

The station is likely to initiate a $183.2-million renovation in the winter and is expecting to complete the work in summer 2013. The new tenants will occupy more than half of the 105,000-square-foot retail space. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
