CARLSBAD, CA-The Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort and Spa, a 215-guest room resort at the corner of Ponto Drive and Carlsbad Boulevard, is nearing completion. The operator of the $80-million Carlsbad resort is WaveCrest Hotels & Resorts.
Amenities in the resort include the Ocean Crest Spa, dining at Chandler's Restaurant, an ocean view swimming pool, over 25,000 square feet of banquet and meeting facilities and a fitness center. It is expected to be opened in June 2012. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
