WINSTON-SALEM, NC-The City Council has approved a petition to rezone 13 acres of land at Union Cross Road and Interstate 40 in Winston-Salem for a commercial development. The proposed 76,600-square-foot development will comprise an 80-room hotel, a Cracker Barrel restaurant and 30,600 square feet of retail and restaurants.
