
JERSEY CITY, NJ-Mack-Cali Realty Corp., a real estate investment trust based in New Jersey, is forming a joint venture with Hoboken-based Ironstate Development Co. to develop two apartment buildings on Jersey City's waterfront. The plan calls for two apartment towers with 500 rental units.
The towers will use two city blocks of empty parking lots beside the Harborside Financial Center office complex of Mack-Cali. Ironstate and Mack-Cali are expecting to start construction on the apartment buildings in Q4 2012. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
