FORT WASHINGTON, MD-The Gazette reported that The Peterson Cos., a developer based in Fairfax, Virginia, is planning to build an office building measuring 140,000 square feet at National Harbor. The office building will overlook the Potomac River at 125 Waterfront St.
The new Waterfront Street property will be the sixth office building proposed for National Harbor's downtown section. Peterson has not yet booked tenants for the building. The developer did not disclose a time frame for the development. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
