NEW YORK CITY-Renzo Gracie Academy has leased an industrial facility at 100 Bayard St. in Williamsburg. The school will make the former garment factory into a 14,000-square-foot gym and training facility.
The industrial building had an asking rent of approximately $22 per square foot. The all-encompassing facility will include all types of athletic training. Josh Segal and Larry Smith with Sholom & Zuckerbrot represented the building in the lease deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
