PHOENIX-Fremont, California-based Lam Research Corp. has sold an industrial building at 4829 S. 38th St. in Phoenix to Corbins Electric, a Phoenix-based electrical contractor. The single-user industrial property changed hands for $2.9 million.
Lam Research has also sold a clean room/lab structure at 4822 S. 40th St. in Phoenix to CRC Crystal Research Co. for $650,000.
