LONDON-The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, a joint venture between Legal & General Property and Schroders, has selected Bostock and Pollitt and Gardiner & Theobald to collaborate with BRP to develop the next phase of major regeneration on Bracknell town center. Bostock and Pollitt and Gardiner & Theobald will work with BRP to carry out the retail-led rehabilitation of the northern portion of the town center.
