
CHICAGO-McCaffery Interests Inc., a development firm based in Chicago, has proposed about 1,000 units and three towers on the old Children's Memorial Hospital plot in Lincoln Park. The proposed plan for the six-acre site, situated at the junction of Fullerton and Lincoln avenues and Halsted Street, calls for three new residential towers and 164,500 square of retail space.
