BALTIMORE-A mostly vacant office high-rise in downtown Baltimore is up for auction. The 18-story building, located at 225 N. Calvert St., comprises 381,422 square feet of office space and it also contains a 329-space underground parking area.

CBRE Group Inc. is looking for over $5.7 million for the high-rise and it has fixed a minimum offer of $14 per square foot for both the office and garage. The building is 93% vacant. The auction is expected to take place on October 11. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
