LEEDS, UK-Land Securities has disclosed the opening date for Trinity Leeds, a 1-million-square-foot retail centre in Leeds. This new shopping center will be the only major development in Western Europe. Chapman Taylor, a British architect, designed Trinity Leeds, which will open its doors to public next year. Trinity Leeds is currently under construction.
The shopping center is already 80% pre-leased to tenants including Marks & Spencer, Next, Primark, Topshop, Mango, Superdry, Hollister and Urban Outfitters. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
