The company states that the fund offers an opportunity forinvestors to access real estate investments in both listed andunlisted markets, via equity and debt securities. The fund'sportfolio may include publicly traded REIT shares, private equityreal estate investments, preferred shares of REITs and non-tradedREIT shares purchased at net asset value or on the secondarymarket.
RRE owns and manages real estate assets with an aggregate valueof approximately $1.8 billion.
