NEW YORK CITY-Accenture LLP has signed a lease totaling nearly 10,000 square feet at 155 Avenue of the Americas.

The management consulting firm signed a 10-year, 9,926-square-foot lease for part of the second floor at the property owned by Trinity Real Estate, according to the Commercial Observer.

“We are delighted that a Fortune 500 firm of this stature has chosen Hudson Square for this significant corporate expansion,” states Jason Pizer, president of Trinity Real Estate, in a prepared statement. “The area has grown tremendously, attracting many traditionally midtown-headquartered firms that desire new space in our 24/7 community.”

Accenture, which is headquartered in Dublin, maintains a second New York City location at 1345 Avenue of the Americas. Trinity's Tom Lynch represented the building owner. John Mambrino of Studley handled lease negotiations for Accenture. See story in the Commercial Observer.
