NEW YORK CITY-TOWN Residential has expanded its offices at the Crown Building at 730 Fifth Ave. and now occupies approximately 10,000 square feet of space at the East Side property.

"We are thrilled to be in the position to expand our Eastside footprint by over 35 desks and six new private offices for our best-in-class producers,” said Andrew Heiberger, founder and CEO of TOWN. “Our presence on the Eastside will grow by over 25%."

TOWN has operated an office on the eighth floor of the Crown Building since May of 2011. The new expansion was necessitated by the growth of the firm, company officials say. "The decision was simple; we were out of space and all our desks were full with seated representatives," says Heiberger. "We have had many top brokers say they want to work here but needed private offices--well, now we have them," adds TOWN Sales Director Dennis Cusack. “The expansion will not only give us additional desks, but it will provide private offices for top producers…” TOWN has more than 500 licensed representatives and staff in eight Manhattan locations.
