WASHINGTON, DC-PricewaterhouseCoopers is reportedly in negotiations to lease 110,000 square feet of space at the 600 13th St. NW office building.

The 240,000-square-foot building near Metro Center is owned by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. The accounting firm has not officially signed a lease deal at the building as yet, according to the Washington Business Journal.

Union Investment has launched a more than $10-million renovation program to attract tenants at the property. Earlier this year, the Financial Services Roundtable signed a lease for a full floor at the property. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
