PRINCETON, NJ- Law firm Hill Wallack LLP willrelocate its headquarters to 43,500 square feet of office space atthe Roszel Square development beside the Carnegie Centerhere.

The lease will have the law firm occupy the top two floors ofthe first building in the 100,500-square-foot, two building, ClassA development that is scheduled to begin construction in the fourthquarter of this year. Roszel Square will be located in the heart ofthe Route 1/Alexander Road corridor.

Milton H. Charbonneau, senior vice president, principal ofCassidy Turley, represented the development team, led by AndyGottesman of Gottesman Real Estate Partners and Michael Seeve ofMountain Development Corp. Sab Russo, president of Mercer OakRealty, represented the tenant.
