WASHINGTON, DC-Fisher Brothers of New York City has secured a building permit for its Capitol Place apartment project.

The permit allows a maximum 10-story, 375-unit apartment building that would include two below grade parking levels, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The project at 701 Second St. NE that totals nearly 400,000 square feet was first proposed in 2005. It will be built on property bounded by Second, Third, G and H streets NE that is located across the street from the Station Place office property. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
