WASHINGTON, DC-Fisher Brothers of New York Cityhas secured a building permit for its CapitolPlace apartment project.

The permit allows a maximum 10-story, 375-unit apartmentbuilding that would include two below grade parking levels,according to the Washington Business Journal.

The project at 701 Second St. NE that totals nearly 400,000square feet was first proposed in 2005. It will be built onproperty bounded by Second, Third, G and H streets NE that islocated across the street from the Station Place office property.See story in the Washington Business Journal.
