MIAMI-The Intercoastal Mall in North Miami Beach has been acquired by a company controlled by developer Gil Dezer for $63.5 million.

The 328,886-square-foot retail property was sold by CJUF III Intracostal, an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Canyon Johnson Realty Advisors, according to the South Florida Business Journal. Canyon Johnson seized the mall in 2011 with a $59.8-million deed in lieu of foreclosure. 

Tenants at the shopping center include Winn-Dixie, TJ Maxx, Old Navy and Dollar Tree. See story in the South Florida Business Journal.
