WASHINGTON, DC—CBS Radio will relocate its regional offices from Lanham, MD to what has been a vacant office building on the Capitol Waterfront here.
The lease deal with CBS Radio at 1015 Half St. SE is for 33,042 square feet on the second floor, as well as approximately 3,000 square feet on the ground floor that will be used as a performance studio, according to the Washington Business Journal. CBS Radio had been exploring its office space options for about a year,
D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray is expected to announce the lease transaction today.
Earlier this year, the National Labor Relations Board finalized its lease for 143,116 square feet at the building and will relocate from space at its current headquarters at Franklin Court. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
