WASHINGTON, DC—CBS Radio will relocate itsregional offices from Lanham, MD to what has been a vacant officebuilding on the Capitol Waterfront here.

The lease deal with CBS Radio at 1015 Half St. SE is for 33,042square feet on the second floor, as well as approximately 3,000square feet on the ground floor that will be used as a performancestudio, according to the Washington Business Journal. CBS Radio hadbeen exploring its office space options for about a year,

D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray is expected to announcethe lease transaction today.
