BALTIMORE—The Maryland State Retirement and PensionSystem is expanding its presence at the SunTrustBuilding here.


The agency renewed its lease at the 120 E. Baltimore St. officebuilding and expanded its presence there by 11,522 square feet,according to the Baltimore Business Journal. The system now leasesmore than 72,000 square feet at the 326,000-square-foot officetower.


When the expansion is completed, the system will house 275workers in its space at the property, which has 55,000 square feetof vacant space.
