BALTIMORE—The Maryland State Retirement and Pension System is expanding its presence at the SunTrust Building here.
The agency renewed its lease at the 120 E. Baltimore St. office building and expanded its presence there by 11,522 square feet, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. The system now leases more than 72,000 square feet at the 326,000-square-foot office tower.
When the expansion is completed, the system will house 275 workers in its space at the property, which has 55,000 square feet of vacant space.
