HOUSTON—Four luxury retailers have been added to the lineup atthe River Oaks District.

Cartier, Dior, Hermès and TomFord will each have a store in the 15-acre, developmentlocated on Westheimer Roa, according to the Houston BusinessJournal.

Hermès occupy a two-story building that will serve as thebrand's newest flagship location with space totaling 10,117 squarefeet. Dior will also build two stories, and hold down more than9,000 square feet.

“The custom stores are large enough to offer the full collectioneach season for Cartier, Dior, Hermès andTom Ford. They will further solidify Houston as afashion destination for Houston's local and visitor market,”Jeff Zeigler, senior managing director of retailservices for California-based developer OliverMcMillan, said in astatement.

The developer broke ground on the 15-acreproject last summer, and the the complex is expected toopen in the spring of 2015. It will include officeand residential as well as retail.
