DENVER—Hines says it is about to break groundon a 40-story office tower here.
The Denver Business Journal says the work will comeafter several false starts for the site at at 1144 15thSt., dating back 14 years.
Houston-based Hines plans a 640,000-square-footdevelopment will “change the Denver skyline.” It would be among the10 tallest buildings in the city.
