WASHINGTON, DC—Business advisory company CEBrebuffed advances from the State of North Carolina and instead willrelocate its Arlington corporate headquarters to 15 floors atJBG Cos. development at 1201 Wilson Blvd here.

The company will occupy 350,000-square feet at the Central Placedevelopment that will include a 31-story office building, a377-unit residential tower, a public observation deck, a plaza andground-level retail, according to the Washington Post. CEB'soffices will be located on the eighth through 20th floors and itsconference center will occupy the 29th and 30th floors.

The State of Virginia has approved $9.5 million in incentives,while Arlington County ponied up another $4.5 million to keep CEBin the state. In return, CEB will invest $149.7 million in theRosslyn project. The company plans to move into its new offices in2018.
