WASHINGTON, DC—Forest City Washington hasreceived a permit for its latest addition to TheYards development here.

The Arris project at 1331 Fourth St. SE willinvolve a 327-unit apartment building with three below-gradeparking levels and 20,000 square feet of retail space. Designed byRobert A.M. Stern Architects LLP, the project willtotal approximately 350,000 square feet.

Site work, including excavation, began in late 2013, and thebuilding is expected to be delivered in late 2015, according to theWashington Business Journal.
