WASHINGTON, DC—Consulting firm The Hill Groupis looking to relocate its headquarters from Bethesda to a smallparcel of land on 12th Street NW here.

The company acquired 1017 12th St. NW in late2012 for $2.3 million and now has plans before the Board ofZoning Adjustments to build a 10-story, 105-foot talloffice building. A major issue for the project is the small lotsize, just 25 feet wide and 50 feet deep.

The Hill Group is hoping to build a new office building at thesite and relocate its staff of approximately 70 workers from itscurrent headquarters at 6903 Rockledge Drive in Bethesda.
