WASHINGTON, DC—The House Transportation andInfrastructure Committee passed federal government realestate prospectuses for 2015 that include a number of large spacerequirements.

Among the larger requirements passed by the committee onWednesday is a prospectus for the Department ofEducation for up to 290,000 square feet after the agencylost out on the Mary Switzer Building, according to the WashingtonBusiness Journal.

Another prospectus that should attract significant landlordinterest is a requirement for the Department ofState for up to 343,000 square feet in ArlingtonCounty.
