TYSONS, VA—A total of 12 new development projects here haveeither been recently delivered, are under construction, or willbreak ground in the near future.

According to the Tysons Partnership, there is 3million square feet of residential space, 2.3 million square feetof office and 85,000 square feet of retail development comingonline here near four Silver Line Metro stations by late 2018.

So far this year, the following projects have been delivered:the 300-unit, 19-story Ovation at Park Crest, inFebruary; the 404-unit Ascent at Spring HillStation in March and Tysons Tower, a552,000-square-foot office building in June, according to theWashington Business Journal.
