BETHESDA, MD—Financing firm RapidAdvance hassigned on as the first tenant at Carr Properties'speculative office building at 4500 East WestHighway here.

RapidAdvance will occupy 28,000 square feet at the220,400-square-foot building. The firm will relocate from itscurrent offices at 7316 Wisconsin Ave., according to the WashingtonBusiness Journal.

Transwestern executive managing directors KeithFoery and Phil McCarthy represented CarrProperties along with senior vice president JoviMcAndrew.

Carr Properties broke ground on the building in November 2012and held an open house last week that showcased the officebuilding's completion. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
