ROSSLYN, VA—The ownership of the Rosslyn Metro Center has put the 22-story office and retail building on the market for sale.
Cassidy Turley has been hired to market the building at 1700 N. Moore St. that sits atop the Rosslyn Metro station.
The 409,148-square-foot building is 87% leased. Its office and retail tenants include Bank of America, Panera Bread and Rite Aid. The offering also includes development rights to an additional 270,000-square-foot building that could be built adjacent to Rosslyn Metro Center and over the rail station, according to the Washington Business Journal.
“The entire development, along with the recently delivered 1812 N. Moore, represents a stark departure from the old Rosslyn, to vast open space, active street life, shopping and vibrancy," Cassidy Turley states in the investment sales offering. "This transformation directly benefits Rosslyn Metro Center, and thus presents a multitude of investment strategies." See story in the Washington Business Journal.
