The valve and fuel injection device manufacturing firm acquiredWH Industries, a car parts maker in December 2012. The Northvaleand Jacksonville facilities were WH facilities, according to TheRecord.

Gnutti Carlo USA, the subsidiary of an Italian company, reportedthe closing to the New Jersey Department of Labor andWorkforce Development in compliance with the federal WARNAct.
