WASHINGTON, DC—The General ServicesAdministration has began a search for office space for theJustice Department's Civil Division, which iscurrently housed in two buildings here.

The GSA is seeking up to 217,000 square feet of space for theJustice Department's litigation arm, which is currently inapproximately 256,000 square feet of leased space at 1100 L St. NWand 20 Massachusetts Ave. NW. Those deals expire in 2016.

Expressions of interest for the pre-solicitation, being run aspart of the GSA's National Broker Contract throughJLL, are due on Dec. 17, according to theWashington Business Journal.
