Greenspoint Office The Greenspoint Place complex includes two prime development sites for future office towers.
HOUSTON— Greenspoint Place is a 36-acre mixed-use development located in north Houston that consists of six office buildings and three connecting retail centers totaling 2 million square feet. The buildings, originally developed by Friendswood Development Company , were completed between 1978 and 1992. Northwestern Mutual , the ownership entity of Greenspoint Place, has retained Transwestern to provide leasing services for the campus located at 16945 Northchase Dr. Transwestern executive vice president Michelle Wogan , associate vice president Evelyn Ward and associate Paula Musa will lead the marketing and leasing efforts. “The premier location of this campus, large blocks of class-A space available, close proximity to Intercontinental Airport and the ability to get almost anywhere in Houston in less than 30 minutes, provides for a unique opportunity for the corporate user. Many positive changes are taking place in the area, which will only enhance the opportunity for a large user to call this campus its new corporate home. As a longtime board member and current chairman of the board for the Greenspoint Management District, I am so pleased to be a part of the new growth and strong development within the area,” says Wogan. Amenities added to the complex in 2015 include a 7,000-square-foot fitness center and a 10,000-square-foot conference center. The Greenspoint Place complex includes two prime development sites for future office towers. One site (6 acres) fronts Beltway 8 and the other (9 acres) fronts Greens Road.
