DALLAS-An investor based in Ohio is purchasing an apartment community situated across the street from the $1.27-billion Parkland Memorial Hospital project in Dallas. Associated Estates Realty Corp. is the buyer of Alexan Southwestern, a 396-unit complex on Medical District Drive.
