ORLANDO-The Tampa, FL-based mortgage banking firm arranged the transactions through Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada for office, retail and industrial properties in Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton and Jacksonville.

ORLANDO-In the first indication that the long-planned, 38,000-acre mixed-use development near Walt Disney World is getting serious attention from big-name developers, Transeastern Homes of Coral Springs, FL has purchased 1,341 acres for $15,004 per acre or 34 cents per sf.
