ORLANDO-LimaLake Inc. is leasing its 20,000-sf, single-tenant structure in Clearwater, FL to P.C.B. Bancorp Inc. for 10 years at an aggregate rent of $1.6 million. Clearwater is 85 miles west of Downtown Orlando.
ORLANDO-Dawn St. Clair, marketing director, Community Redevelopment Agency, city of Altamonte Springs, is president of the 15-year-old local chapter of CREW Network. David J. Patten, president, Interlachen Mortgage Co., is the lone male director on the board.
MIAMI-The former co-founder of Southern Systems Inc. is searching for tenants to fill Millennium Partners' 220,000-sf of office at the Four Seasons Hotel and Tower on Brickell Avenue and for buyers to develop the 75-acre, mixed-use Rockefeller Group Corporate Park in Miramar, FL, Broward County.
MIAMI-New York-based Related Capital Co. is investing $11 million in debt and equity financing to develop the 160-unit, three-building Colonial Park Apartments in Margate, FL, 32 miles north of Downtown Miami.
MIAMI-The Chicago entrepreneur bought two properties in Coconut Creek, FL from Boston-based AEW Capital Management for $50.9 million. The properties are 25 miles north of Downtown Miami.
MIAMI-The Tamarac, FL provider of e-commerce solutions is taking the entire building at 2200 SW 10th St., Deerfield Beach, FL for nine years at an estimated first-year rent of $19 per sf. Deerfield Beach is 70 miles north of Downtown Miami.
MIAMI-The 56-year-old, Seattle-based retailer names Geevy S. Thomas, a longtime company executive vice president, to head the new staff in suburban Coral Gables, FL where Nordstrom plans to open a 200,000-sf, $40 million store by Sept. 27.
ORLANDO-The family business, located for 35 years in a houseboat on Lake Eustis, was started by his surviving parents Charlie and Gladys Squibb. Charlie Squibb Realty was a pioneer in developing manufactured home communities with resident-owned homesites.
