ORLANDO-Asset Development and Management Group of Clearwater, FL paid $13.4 million or $45,985 per unit for the 20-year-old, 292-unit Country Place complex in Palm Harbor, FL, 10 miles northwest of Tampa, FL and 85 miles west of Downtown Orlando.
ORLANDO-Still two years away from ground-breaking, the Orlando-based division of London's Emerson Group paid $400,000 or $20,000 per acre to Edward and Alyce Hansen of Orlando for the land adjacent to the planned 1,209-acre, $1 billion, mixed-use Eagle Creek development near Orlando International Airport.
ORLANDO-The city's biggest annual public real estate sale is under way and is expected to take at least a week to dispose of 15,000 delinquent tax certificates. But certificate buyers must wait two years before knowing whether they can pick up the property for the bargain price of the tax amount.
