EDGEWATER, FL-Lake Mary, FL investor Thomas Krug has signed an agreement in principle to buy 60 waterfront acres from Volusia County for $3 million or $50,000 per acre ($1.15 per sf), 40 miles northeast of Downtown Orlando and 20 miles south of Daytona Beach.

SORRENTO, FL-Joint Orlando developers Kittredge Investments, headed by Conway Kittredge, and Hewitt Properties, headed by Bobby Hewitt, are racing the clock on submitting revised development plans for the 680-acre commercial/residential venture, 28 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.

BRADENTON, FL-The west Florida online marketing network has working agreements with atvalue.com, guide2mortgage.com, vandema.com, DavenportAppraisals.com, Revac.com and AppraisalLibrary.com. Bradenton is 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando.

ORLANDO-Robert R. Kellogg is the new face. As an Advantis associate, he will handle office leasing and tenant representation, working with Tim Perry and Greg Morrison who previously jumped ship at Carter.

ORLANDO-The deal's aggregate value wasn't disclosed but the Norwalk, CT-based promoter is taking at least one million sf of the center's existing 1.2 million sf for the four-day, 50th annual Professional Golfers Association's Merchandise Show beginning Jan. 24.

ORLANDO-Transaction volume of $126 million to date could surpass the record $149 million in 1998, Grubb & Ellis Co. projects. Average per-sf sales of $37.78 are the highest in five years.

ORLANDO-The 21-acre, 216-unit Villas at Waterford Lakes will offer 1,300 sf to 1,900 sf of living area for $110,000 to $130,000. Pre-sales begin in April. Models at the Dallas-based builder's 70-unit Park Maitland Villas are scheduled for completion in January.

ORLANDO-The Tucson, AZ-based health-promotional company plans a spa, fitness center and full-service beauty salon at the 1,406-room, $404 million Gaylord Palms Resort when it opens in February in Kissimmee, FL, one mile from the main entrance of Walt Disney World.
